Building trust through authentic customer feedback is essential for any business. By following these guidelines, you’ll ensure that the reviews on your company profile are honest, reliable, and valuable to prospective customers.

1. Request Reviews Only from Real Users

  • Engage Verified Customers
Reach out only to those who have genuinely used your products or services. Avoid mass-email blasts to unverified addresses or purchasing review lists.
  • Timing Is Key
Contact customers shortly after a positive interaction—such as delivery confirmation or successful support resolution—while their experience is fresh in their minds.

2. Do Not Offer Incentives for Positive Reviews

  • No Selective Rewards
It is prohibited to give discounts, freebies, or other perks exclusively in exchange for positive feedback. This practice skews authenticity and violates policy.
  • Encourage Honest Feedback
Instead of promising rewards, simply invite customers to share their true experiences—positive or negative.

3. Never Submit or Solicit Fake Reviews

  • Company Representatives Must Abstain
Employees, contractors, and affiliates should never post reviews about their own company’s offerings.
  • No Review Manipulation
Do not ask friends, family members, or colleagues to leave reviews unless they have independently purchased or used your service.

4. Respect the Spam-Review Policy

  • Quality over Quantity
Refrain from sending multiple review requests to the same customer in a short period.
  • Automatic Flagging
Our system flags suspicious patterns—such as many reviews from the same IP address or repetitive phrasing—and moves them to the “Spam” tab.

Enforcement and Reporting

If our monitoring tools detect fraudulent activity—especially reviews posted by company representatives or any attempt to manipulate ratings—we will:

  1. Report the Incident Publicly
A note about the detected fraud will be added directly to your company’s profile page, visible to all visitors.
  2. Apply Penalties
Depending on severity, actions may range from removing individual reviews to temporary suspension of review-submission privileges for your profile.
